It is only a few steps to the promenade with its cafes, restaurants or shopping facilities and of course the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. To the fishing port it is only 350 meters. Pure relaxation in our beautiful and cozy 3 room apartment over 2 levels with sunny balcony. Parking space for car available. The space "Beach oasis" Apartment 8 3 room apartment 68 sqm over 2 levels with spiral staircase. On the 2nd level there is 1 parents bedroom with box spring bed 160x200 and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The 2nd level is additionally accessible via the staircase. The living area has a cozy couch area and views to the sunny balcony. The dining area is adorned by a cozy dining area with corner bench and 2 chairs. The kitchen or kitchen language "galley" is equipped with stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee maker + Caffissimo -pad machine,water/egg stove, toaster and all cooking/dining/drinking utensils . Bathroom: WC /shower ,towels +dryer. If you arrive by car is also available for this a parking space. Other things to note Attention: By booking our apartment you agree to pay the cost of the spa tax of the municipality of Timmendorfer Strand on arrival for the duration of your stay and per guest in cash. You will receive the Ostseecard per guest on site at check-in. Spa tax: 01.01.-30.04. +01.10-31.12.
