IMPORTANT: during the winter season the house is heated with a pellet boiler located in the laundry room that is managed by us. The area surrounding the house is completely fenced and the dirt access road is closed by an automatic gate Other things to note The house can be reached from the SS 586 of Val d'Aveto, taking a left fork, just before the village of Borzonasca, towards Levaggi-Belpiano. The road is paved, a little narrow but with little traffic.
