I will rent out the summer period. The village of Volkanka to Lazarevskaya is 7 km by car and two stops on a comfortable train! 10 minutes walk to the sea and 5 minutes to the Volkonsky Dolmen, a hydrogen sulfide spring! Wide pebble beach, marine entertainment, cafes, minimarkets, canteens. The space On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Two entrances to the house, one on the sunny side, where you can sunbathe in a small pool, and the other entrance to the shady side with a canopy where you can grill kebabs, drink coffee!The second floor has 3 bedrooms!
