Located on the heights of Les Issambres, this 5-star villa offers incredible panoramic views of Saint-Tropez and its bay (which you can see from the terrace, the pool, the living room, the bedroom, the garden) The 140 square-meters villa with a total area of 1200 square-meter benefits from a South-South-West exposure and is located in a quiet dead-end. The villa can host 8 people in its 4 rooms : - The master bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom and a toilet. - 2 rooms (one with a single bed and the other with two single beds) with a bathroom and a toilet. - a 4th room, which is independant and can be accessed from the garden, of 20 square meter with a queen size bed and a single bed, a TV, a bathroom and a toilet. The living room, with its open kitchen (aesthetic, fonctionnal and fully-equipped) opens, through a large bay window, on a large terrace overlooking the bay of Saint-Tropez. The terrace opens on to an 8,5x4 meters private pool. The pool is kept clean every week and can be secured for children. The pool is heated from the beginning of March until the end of November (optional, see price below). You will rest in the sun enjoying one of our recliners on one of the terracces or in the shade under a beautiful garden hut. Garden has a petanque field to play bowls. In order to relax, the villa has an outside 5-seat hot tub with a view of the sea (available all year long). The hot tub is kept clean every week by a professional. The water is changed after every tenant. Other amenities include : Television, WIFI, dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine, coffe-maker, toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning… The barbecue is an electric plancha This unique villa is a 5-minute drive away from the beaches (private and public) and various shops. Because it is located on the height of Les Issambres you need a car to access the villa. From the villa you can visit the beautiful tows of the region : Sainte Maxime, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Pampelone and its beaches…You can access Saint Tropez in 30 minutes or by taking advantage of the sea shuttle that leaves from the harbour of San Peire (5-minute drive from the villa) and crosses the bay in 20 minutes.
