We're located in the traditional Cypriot village of Mazotos in Cyprus, just a quick, 15km drive from Larnaca airport and an easy 2km from the unspoiled beauty of Mazotos beach. Staying with us, you're signing up for an authentic slice of Cypriot life. Our lovingly curated two-bedroom villas offer a harmonious blend of comfort and local charm, set against the backdrop of verdant olive, orange, and lemon orchards. The space You're home is designed with comfort in mind, providing a welcoming retreat for up to five guests. The open-plan downstairs area creates a spacious and sociable living environment where you can kick back and relax. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: a cosy main bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two comfortable single beds, offering scenic views of surrounding olive trees. A bathroom upstairs and a handy toilet downstairs cater to your essential needs. The heart of every home is the kitchen, and ours are no exception. Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware and utensils they offer you the freedom to prepare home-cooked meals whenever you like. We've also included essentials like an iron and ironing board, drying rack and a hairdryer to make your stay as hassle-free as possible. A standout feature of our villas is the fibre optic fast speed Wi-Fi that keeps you connected with the world, whether you're catching up on work or streaming your favourite shows. And last but not least, for those lovely Cypriot evenings, you can request a BBQ and enjoy al fresco dining under the stars. At our villas, we've thought of everything to make your stay feel just like home, but with an added touch of Mediterranean magic. Guest access You'll love lounging by our outdoor pool, squeezing in a workout at the on-site gym, or having a bit of fun with the kids at our little farm. To help you settle in quicker, I can arrange an airport pick-up service for a small additional charge. Once you're here, you'll receive a personal welcome letter from me, filled with insider tips about my favourite local spots and the must-try Cypriot foods. Plus, to ensure a smooth start to your holiday, your home will be stocked with essentials like fresh farm eggs from our own land, milk, tea, coffee, bread, butter, and water - so you can sidestep that immediate grocery run.
