Enjoy the garden or discover the charm of the Gulf of Morbihan, its beaches, the coastal trail, and the towns of Vannes, Auray, Carnac, La Trinité, and more. The space The house consists of: - a living room with sea view and equipped with a stove to enjoy the fire when the weather is cooler. - a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster). The kitchen leads onto a very bright patio. - a separate toilet on the ground floor - a bathroom equipped with a washing machine on the ground floor - a living room that includes the dining room and the TV area equipped with a sofa bed - an upstairs bedroom in the slope with sea view. Make height 1 meter 90. The bedroom consists of a 160cm double bed. (The bed is modular, it can be transformed into 2 single beds (2 x 80) Bedding has been carefully selected for its quality The garden is enclosed and private and the two terraces not overlooked will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy the beautiful weather. There is no private parking space, but public parking is 50 meters from the house (visible in the aerial photo) Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and young children for whom the spiral staircase and the lack of a ramp on the landing represent a danger.
