The Wilkin Room at WildEarthLodge

Welcome to a unique super comfortable king room with rammed earth walls and spectacular mountain views. Makarora is an adventurers paradise; fishing, tramping, hunting, boating, star gazing all on our doorstep. A full breakfast is included. The space Our property sits between two high country sheep stations and is a small stroll down to the river for great fishing. We live in a rammed earth house which remains cool in the hot summer months and is heated by a large fire during winter. The Wilkin room has a very comfortable king bed, a fireplace, an en suite with heated floor and towel rail and uninterrupted views of the Wilkin Valley. This is a place for adventures or for star gazing...a respite from a busy world. Guest access You are welcome to use the lounge, courtyard, and outside fire. Other things to note A full breakfast is included in the rate. If you would like to have dinner with us we often cook for other guests, so please let us know when you book. We welcome children and have many games, books and a trampoline.
