General Info About the House •Entering the Estate: The entrance to the estate is the first gate entrance on Cristdge Rd coming from Queens Rd .Once in the gate pull your vehicle straight ahead and park anywhere in front of the building. Parking is totally free and secure. •Either me or my wife will assist you during check in! Or you can do self check in, lockbox code: 2023 •Wi-Fi: Network: Netgear76 Password: luckydaisy035 ***Kitchen and Laundry Use: you are welcome to use kitchen and laundry ONLY if you stay more than FOUR DAYS*** •Location of items of note: - Coffee and tea in the kitchen. - All manuals are above laundry machine on the right side shelf - Iron, blankets and extra towels are in the 2nd cabinet of the room. •The A/C thermostat is between living room and dining room on the wall by the hallway. Feel free to adjust it to the temperature you’d like, if needed. In the winter when set on heat, please make sure the thermostat is not set to a temperature higher than 70 degrees, as that could cause the furnace to overheat, and as a result, stop heating the house. Same goes for the A/C not being under 66 or it will freeze. - Also, NEVER turn off the AC/heat – always leave on in some capacity. •Transportation: In case you don’t have a vehicle or want to go out to drink, and want to know about public transportation, there are a few bus services and a few cab companies in town, but we would highly recommend using Uber or Lyft instead. It’s much easier, and just as cheap as a bus. If you don’t have the phone app, download it to your phone and you’ll see how easy it is. Buses and cabs in Memphis are not very punctual, and tend to give lower quality service. Buses might also be less safe, and the cabs charge a lot. •Laundry Machine and Dryer are in beside bathroom, Detergent, softener and dryer sheets can be found on the shelf above in the bathroom. If you do more than one load, be sure to pull out and clean the dryer filter before loading the next load of clothes, in order for your clothes to dry properly. •TV: We have Netflix and you can watch YouTube from your phone as long as you use house WiFi. Please contact us and we will provide what we have. •Hair dryers: There is one hair dryer in bathroom. - PLEASE DO NOT: -No Smoking! CHECK OUT INFO: - Please leave all sheets and linens on bed (do not wash) - Please leave all towels on bathroom floor (do not wash) - Please do not turn off AC/heating. - Please give the key back us or in lockbox.
