The house is furnished in the most modern “industrial” style, with all unique pieces created from old beams and gates that a craftsman skillfully matched with steel and iron. The apartment is very quiet as it overlooks the inner part of the building, so you can relax after a day out and about in the city! The space The apartment consists of a cozy living room with Chester sofas (one is a sofa bed) and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen that has all the amenities for cooking, Nespresso machine, pots and pans, induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher; a glass door separates the kitchen from the dining room, all glass so you can enjoy the natural light. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two with one double bed each and one with two double beds. Two rooms have en suite bathrooms, while the yellow room is the only one that has an outside bathroom. The house also has a small outdoor area (balcony) where there is also a washing machine. Come and enjoy a glass of wine in a quiet and pleasant apartment! Guest access The entire apartment shown in the ad is private for guests. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (1 flight of stairs) WITHOUT elevator. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: -To reach the apartment there are about 12 steps. -We remind you that a copy or details of your documents are mandatory as required by local laws. -The loss of apartment keys may incur a charge of up to €50.00. -Check-ins after 10:00 PM incur a surcharge of €30, and €50 after 00:00 AM, to be paid in cash upon arrival. If you will need the sofa bed (should you be less than 9), the request must be made before your arrival otherwise we cannot guarantee the service.
