This apartment has been fully renovated from scratch with the 2021 traveler in mind. Located just outside of Old Town, on a quiet street, you won't find a better place in the city for your trip. The building itself has an incredible history as the former home of Corneliu Coposu, and our team at HOLT is bringing it back to its glory days. . He is one of the most loved Romanian figures for ushering in the age of Democracy. This building has no seismic risk rating, the lowest in the city. Please be aware that most other Airbnb rentals in Bucharest, especially those in the center of the city, are in buildings with the highest, or “Urgenta 1”, risk rating. The Kitchen includes: • A modern kitchen fully-stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils • Fridge, microwave, range & oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and much more The Bathrooms include: • Monsoon shower heads for an all-encompassing clean • Blow dryer, hair curler, three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered • Heated towel racks • Very comfortable toilets! Everything else: • Custom keycodes for keyless entry for each guest, including 24/7 check-in • Entryway mud-room for smart storage of shoes, jackets and more • Washer, iron, ironing board and drying rack • Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay Guest access Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Other things to note Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver of 53.50 EUR, that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit of 400 EUR, held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. Important notice for 1-night reservations made last minute: Reservations of this nature are subject to a 250 EURO security deposit, which will be refunded after your stay, pending the property's condition. Our property has a strict policy against parties. Should there be any violation, we will have to request you to vacate without a refund and impose a fine. We absolutely want our guests to enjoy their stays, but if you're looking for more than just a great time, please refrain from moving forward with your reservation. The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. In addition, there are additional security cameras in the shared hallway staircase to ensure the safety of all our guests. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary. This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a €500 fee. Please note, we do not issue invoices. In accordance with Airbnb’s payment policies and tax regulations, we provide receipts only, and only in the name of the guest who made the reservation on Airbnb. Receipts cannot be issued to third parties or companies, only in the name of the person who made the booking on the details of their platform guest profile. Guests may download Airbnb’s official payment receipt directly from their Airbnb account.
