The cottage does has bumpy walls, a low ceiling in the lounge and is far from perfect and has old features still present, you might also come across the odd spider, cobweb and countryside smells as it is in the countryside, but that doesn't mean it is not clean or unhygienic, its part of the character of the cottage and the area it is in. It does have a lovely village shop, and pub / restaurant within walking distance. We never claim it to be a 5* property, but we can say it is a lovely cosy cottage.
