Due to current community association regulations, this room IS AVAILABLE FOR A MINIMUM OF TEN DAYS. The community of owners does not allow short-term rentals for individual rooms. Quiet and cozy room on the first floor next to the Turia Gardens, the city's backbone, a landmark and green lung where you can walk, bike, and enjoy various sports. The apartment is simple but cozy, always clean and equipped with everything you might need. It has a large terrace that you can enjoy, as well as the common areas of the house Guest access You can move around the house freely, with access to the kitchen, washing machine and iron, common areas such as the terrace and the living room. During your stay If you need any help: Transportation, places to visit or anything else, don't hesitate to ask me Other things to note ATTENTION: The air conditioner can only be connected during the day, between 10 am and 11:30 pm, never outside of those hours. The air connection is for the whole house, the sound of it can be annoying and I consider it unhealthy to have it on all night The use of the fan is allowed throughout the day. I hope you understand.
