The space The newly renovated, stylish and modernly furnished Apartment Rose offers plenty of space and all the details for a relaxing stay. On 105 m² there are two bedrooms, a living room with dining area, kitchen with small sitting area, bathroom and guest toilet as well as a terrace with garden furniture, compact grill and access to the rose garden. Sleep in the master bedroom in a king-size box-spring bed and enjoy the view of the rose garden. In the second bedroom, another folding bed or baby bed can be provided (on request). Use the 50-inch smart TV and Bluetooth stereo system in the living room. Find a fully equipped kitchen with SENSEO coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, baking utensils (scale, stirrer, springform), tea spice selection! Refresh and pamper yourself in the bathroom with underfloor heating, barrier-free rain shower, and cosmetic mirror. SPECIAL FEATURE: The apartment has a wellness room with an infrared cabin!
