Anchor Cottage - 5 mins from Viking Bay

3 bedroom Georgian holiday house in central Broadstairs. Walk 3 minutes to Viking Bay or Stone Bay, great restaurants and pubs, or stunning walks and views along the Viking Coastal trail to Ramsgate, Margate and beyond. The space The house dates back to the 19th Century but has been renovated and modernised with all you need. There are three double / kingsize bedrooms with one pull out single: 1. Room one is on the first floor and has a kingsize bed and is big enough to house a cot also. This is next to the bathroom. 2. Room two is smaller and on the second floor. It is still a nice size. This has a double bed in it. 3. Room three is also on the second floor and is the biggest. It has a kingsize bed and a full sized, single bed. A cot could also be accommodated, although it would be a full room. There is one bathroom (bath, toilet and separate walk in shower) and an additional loo downstairs. The house also has a terraced garden with an outdoor shower. Please note there are a few staircases in the house as it has 4 floors - NB the one up to the second floor at the top of the house is quite steep. Guest access There will be a code sent to guests, prior to arrival, for access via the back gate; keys will be within a key safe - the code for this will also be sent in advance. All other helpful details can be found in a manual within the house. Check-in is 3.30pm on day of arrival. Checkout is 10.30am on day of departure. Other things to note Prices are higher during Dickens Week, Folk Week and on Bank Holidays / Festival periods (Easter, Christmas). There is also a slight increase for Friday and Saturday bookings. NB Extra guest fee of £20 p/n for numbers over 6 (this will automatically be added when booking) Minimum 3 nights for Bank Holidays / Christmas & New Year period (23.12 - 02.01) / Easter / Folk Week. This is non-negotiable - sorry! Please ensure house folder is read and house rules within it adhered to. Pets accepted if well behaved and moult little!
