This cozy traditional Provencal two bedroom apartment is located on the beautifully restored 15th-century Historic Estate and Chateau of Moulin de la Roque - Noves. Enjoy beautiful garden views from the cozy living room; Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV, WIFI (Fiberoptics), two bedrooms with shared bathroom and separate toilet room, a private terrace with barbecue in the garden. Walking distance to village, large pool (shared), adjacent forest with 350 hectares of walking trails. The space Nestled in a former histoic mill building on the estate of Moulin de La Roque Noves, this authentically restored two bedroom apartment is the perfect escape for up to 5 guests. We regret that this apartment is not suitable for families with babies or small children under 3 yrs. It is located on the second level, third story of the mill with two flights of stairs to enter. Once inside, it there are not stairs. This air conditioned apartment comes with: Exterior: - Private Jasmine covered terrace (located at 60m from the apartment in the southern garden). - - Stone Barbecue. - Teak table and chairs and lounge chair. The Livingroom (Located on the 2nd floor - 3rd story of the mill): - Cozy living room with sofa, dining table, WIFI, and a flat-screen TV. - Renovated kitchen with microwave, oven, toaster, small fridge, Nespresso, drip coffee maker, toaster and hot water pot. - Dining area with nice view of the center courtyard and gardens of the estate. Bedroom 1 (Located on the 2nd floor): - Spacious with king bed & one single bed, or three single beds. - Newly renovated, bright bathroom with tub/shower, pedestal sink and washing machine (shared with the other bedroom). Backstaircase - fire escape. - Toilet separated from the bathroom (shared with the other bedroom). Bedroom 2 (Located on the 2nd floor): - King bed or two single beds, exposed beamed high ceilings, oversized roof window, double french windows on the northern courtyard. - Newly renovated, bright bathroom with tub/shower, pedestal sink and washing machine (shared with the other bedroom). - Toilet separated from the bathroom (shared with the other bedroom). Guest access During your stay at Moulin de la Roque you are welcome to use all facilities: These facilities are shared with other guests on the estate. - Large swimming pool with lounge area and a pool house including dressing-room, shower and toilet. - A recreation area that includes table tennis and table football. - 2 large trampolines. - A badminton and volleyball court. - A pétanque court (provencal ball game). - Large lawn and gardens. - Private onsite secure parking (gated estate) Other things to note Please note that during high season (June, July, and August) Saturday is our weekly check-in day.
