The apartment is perfect for couples or a family, and there you will find everything you would need for an enjoyable city break stay in Valencia’s most fashionable district. Fiber Optic High-Speed WiFi Internet connection (50 MB). The space My home is located on the 1st floor of a building which has elevator. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It has a perfectly maintained hydraulic mosaic floor, a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room is the ideal place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. It has a sofa, a flat screen TV and a dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, oven, microwave, gas cooker, fridge / freezer, washing machine, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower and toiletries such as gel, shampoo, hand soap and hairdryer. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed (180x190 cm). The second bedroom has a queen size bed (135x190 cm). The third bedroom (adjacent to the main bedroom and separated by sliding doors) has a trundle bed (90 x 190 cm). Bed linen and towels are also provided. The WiFi connection (50 MB fiber optic) will allow you to stay connected or work from the apartment, if necessary. The apartment also has air conditioning in the living room (a split cold / heat) and central heating. Other things to note - My apartment is a touristic apartment with license and before arrival you will be asked to provide with your personal details and sing a tourist rental contract. - The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.
