Studio Louise (+ parking upon request)

Recently refurbished, my studios are all equipped with quality equipment. You'll feel right at home. Close to Place Louise and Place Stéphanie, perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. The excellent location of this studio allows you to visit the center of Brussels in a weekend, shop and eat in good restaurants. Paid secure parking is available upon request. (see the 3 types of studio in the photos) The space The studio is located in the Louise district, not far from Place Stéphanie It has a large living room with bedroom (not separate from the living room), super-equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Enjoy super fast fiber optic internet connection! Towels for 2 people are also available. As soon as you have made your booking, a message will be sent to ask you for your arrival time. Detailed instructions for key collection will be sent on the day of arrival To simplify your departure, after closing the studio door, just leave the key in a box, the location of which will be indicated in a message. We clean the studio after your departure (no extra charge). Thank you and welcome to all. Guest access You will have a key to open the entrance doors of the building (turn it to the left for the first door) and a blue badge to access the apartment. The Residence has a staircase and an elevator. You have to climb a few steps before you have access to the elevator. Other things to note - Secure and paid parking is available upon request (subject to availability), for an additional cost of €18 per night. - If you stay at least 2 weeks, we can arrange an extra cleaning at €20 per cleaning (request to be made in advance). - There are 3 types of studio possible, all are renovated in the same way, the color of the paints is different.
