Nagahama in Yomitan is located between Cape Maeda and Cape Zanpa. You can experience the splendid view overlooking the Persian blue ocean, and the green view of the sugar cane fields. It is located 5 minutes by car from the World Heritage Site Zakimi Castle, 25 minutes from Chatan, and 75 minutes from the Churaumi Aquarium. Nagahama Anchored is a Duplex type condominium, divided into an A and B building. The A building (215㎡) has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms for up to 12 people (If 2 people sleep on one double bed). The building B (186㎡) has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms for up to 8 people (If 2 people sleep on one double bed). You can also use the BBQ area overlooking the Nagahama seashore on the rooftop. Yomitan Holistics, located behind the condominium, offers a variety of treatments (charged), including osteopathy, acupuncture, Esalen Bodywork, Deepcore unwinding, and Rolfing. We will help you create a luxurious time relaxing in Okinawa while healing the body, mind, and spirit from Yomitan Holistics. When coming by car, please search "Nagahama Anchored" on your smartphone, so it will go smoothly. - Check-in: 3 PM-10 PM (The receptionist is not always at the front desk, please let us know your arrival time if it's possible.) - Check-out: 10 AM or anytime before. Late checkout: If we don't have the next guest reservation, you can extend the check-out time, an additional fee equal to 10% of your room rate will be charged for extensions until 12:00 p.m., and 20% for extensions until 14:00 p.m. ※Request for production of passports for identification purposes: Since April 1, 2005, under the relevant laws and regulations, the Japanese Government is requiring “foreign nationals who do not possess an address in Japan” to provide a copy of their passport, and list their name, address, and occupation. We will ask you to send a copy of everyone's passport with your name, current address, and occupation. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated. ※Okinawa is in typhoon season from the middle of July to the end of October and there is a high chance of delays or cancellations with travel arrangements on your way to Okinawa. Please wipe the kitchen, wash the tableware, and other items you have used, and return them to their original condition. Please be kindly advised that if you check out without cleaning up, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee. Due to the very quiet surroundings, parties and loud music are strictly prohibited in our facility. Please refrain from using the rooftop BBQ area or balcony after 21:00, or be considerate of noise. Regarding noise, we have been receiving increasing complaints from guests staying at other facilities due to late-night phone calls, loud talking, and people banging on tables. Please kindly take this into consideration, thank you. Please refrain from smoking inside the facility. If you do smoke in the accommodation, we will charge you a cleaning fee of 30,000 yen. If you do not follow the smoking rules, you may be asked to leave the property even before check-out. The use of fire is prohibited within this facility. Items that produce smoke or strong odors, such as BBQ or Yakiniku, may only be used in the rooftop BBQ space. In the unlikely event that a strong smell remains when you check out, we will charge a deodorant cleaning fee separately. We strictly do not allow animals (dogs, cats, etc.) to be brought into our facility. Also, please refrain from bringing anything that emits a foul odor. Use of the accommodation by non-guests is strictly prohibited. In addition, it is strictly prohibited to allow guests to use the accommodation's facilities and goods. It is prohibited to use the accommodation facility for any purpose other than lodging. (Eg. Seminars, consulting, filming, distribution, etc. that involve people other than guests coming and going) Please turn off the lights as much as possible when going out. Please keep the air conditioner in "dehumidification (dry)" mode at all times. (Summer only: When going out, please set the dehumidifier to 26°C without turning it off.) Please do not move the furniture. To prevent insects from entering, please keep the screen doors closed while opening the window, and do not leave the front door or roof door open.
