Charming 19th century house, in the heart of the city center, completely renovated. Located in the Pouzarot district, Place Cadelade, close to the train station and at the foot of restaurants and shops. House on 4 levels: basement (recreation room with foosball table), landing (living room, kitchen and terrace), 1st floor (master bedroom and bathroom), top floor (child's bedroom and small baby room). Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso, appliances) Pets not allowed The space House completely renovated and carefully decorated. Close to the train station, and at the foot of shops and restaurants. Pouzarot district, above Place Cadelade. Quiet house. Master bedroom bed 160, EPEDA memory foam mattress. NB: For guests who come as two couples: the toilet is in the bathroom, which can only be accessed through the master bedroom. We have secured the top with a child's room and baby room with a child safety gate (see photo) Guest access Entire place, terrace and enclosed courtyard. Other things to note Starter package: paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, dish towel, hand towel, dishwashing liquid, sponge, hand soap, a few Nespresso pods and tea bags, a dishwasher tablet Salt, pepper, oil provided A laundry pod is provided for any minimum 4-day stay Please note: Linens are not provided, but are available as an option for an extra €20 (for all beds). Bath towels are not provided either, but available with a supplement of €4 per set (towels and washcloth) per person. Please let us know when you book. For the summer period, we accept bookings for a minimum of 5 nights. For the King of the Birds Festival, we rent the cottage for the entire duration of the festival, from Wednesday to Sunday.
