It consists of 3 double bedrooms and 1 smaller room with 2 single beds and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, and a large moka pot for making coffee. In all rooms you will find free, unlimited and super fast wi-fi and air conditioning (not to be underestimated in the hot Roman summer!!). The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a beautiful historic building from the last century with a large entrance and a floral garden that separates it from the busy street, making the apartments extremely quiet. Guest access You are renting the entire apartment. - The calendar is always updated so if you find the dates you are interested in available you can book straight away. - You may checkin early but it depends on the previous booking, so we will only be able to tell you a few days before your arrival. You may pass by and drop your bags from 11:30 onwards being careful not to slow down the cleaners in their job. - You may be able to check-out late, but it depends on the booking after yours. So we will only be able to tell you a few days before arrival. - Late check-in ( after 23:00) should be communicated in advance to the host - We can arrange private transportation from/to main airports on request Other things to note IMPORTANT: Please note that with Resolution No. 255 of 17 July 2023, the City Council of Rome approved the new rates for the Contributo di Soggiorno (TOURIST TAX ), which are set to come into force from 1st of October 2023. For our kind of accommodation facility the fees have been increased from 3,5€ per night per person to 6€. The new rates will be implemented for all overnight stays as of 1 October 2023, regardless of when the stay is booked, as the moment in which the prerequisite for the Accommodation Fee (overnight stay) is met is relevant. To all the guests staying in the apartment from October 1st will be requested to pay the difference from the "old" rate (3,5€ per person per night) already collected directly by airbnb and the "new" rate ( 6€ per person per night). The payment should be made in cash upon check-in or through airbnb platform. This doesn't apply to bookings made after October 1st, as the city tax rate in these bookings have been updated.
