The space The main level’s open floor plan is perfect for gathering together with wood laminate flooring throughout, multiple seating and dining options, fully equipped kitchen, broadband WiFi, smart TV/DVD, 2 bedrooms sleeping 5 in 3 beads, and full bath with tub. Heating & Cooling systems include a Split A/C/Heating unit and gas stove. The main balcony provides a propane BBQ, cushioned furnishing & evening lighting. The stairway is safety gated to lower level offering separate family space with 2 bedrooms sleeping 7 in 5 beds and an additional covered balcony with lake views. The main room has a gas heating unit, TV/DVD, game tables and various games. The bathroom includes a stall shower & washer/dryer. All Individual bedrooms are supplied with space heaters and fans for personal needs. This level accesses the lower yard with is a footpath leading to the water across from the driveway. The marina gate is just north off the main road. PARKING- During peak season the neighborhood streets can be full and we suggest the convenience of the lower yard for parking if needed.. FOR THOSE TRAVELING WITH A MOTOR HOME there is room to park, as seen in photo, but you must speak with us regarding restrictions prior to reservations. During icy weather or heavy snow the neighborhood streets can be tricky, we recommend parking in lower yard. Note: There is no garage available. Exterior cameras installed for security purposes. The lower yard is not gated and not safe for small children alone. Located about 20 miles from the entrance of Yosemite National Parks south entrance via highway 41. 4 miles to Pines Village at the lake which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, gas and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about 13 miles for most of your essential needs, restaurants, movie cinema and more. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of a few locked areas of storage. The address is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a neighborhood of private residences.
