Between Roero and Langhe stands the new Salimau vacation home, a completely renovated farmhouse, with 6 independent accommodations of various sizes, modern, equipped with every comfort. An oasis of peace and relaxation ideal for families or couples The space The Salimau Holiday Home is located in America dei Boschi, a hamlet of Pocapagalia (CN), at the gates of Roero and a short walk from the Langhe (places that have recently become UNESCO heritage sites). It is a historic farmhouse, rich in tradition, totally renovated, surrounded by green hills that are part of a private estate of 40 hectares of chestnut and oak woods, with paths and roads ideal for walks, horseback riding or cycling. The farmhouse is located in an optimal position for visiting the Langhe and Roero; it is about 15 km from the main places of interest such as Alba, famous for the Truffle Fair, Cherasco known for art and for the Antiques Markets, Bra where Cheese, the famous international cheese fair organized by Slow Food, takes place and many other towns bordering these areas (Barolo, La Morra, Monforte) ideal for food and wine tourism. An hour's drive away, you can visit Turin or the Ligurian Sea, the snow-capped mountains of Cuneo. The Salimau Holiday Home was inaugurated in August 2014 and is divided into 6 independent homes ranging from 45 to 75 square meters, so as to accommodate 2 to 6 people per home. Five accommodations only on the first floor, all with wooden mezzanine, tastefully furnished and with fine finishes, equipped with every comfort such as full kitchen, LED TV, whirlpool tub or shower, free WiFi or cable connection, latest generation mattresses, comfortable and spacious sofas and sofa beds. The sixth accommodation is located on the ground floor and is built to accommodate people with disabilities. Guest access 100 meters from the farmhouse is a horseback riding stable.
