A boutique apartment in a nearly 100 years old historical building, recently renovated, situated in the heart of the city - Lion's bridge. A unique design, high ceilings with authentic gypsum castings, brick walls and interior’s remodeling in contemporary style. We have tried to combine details from the past by giving life to old pots, glass bottles and picture frames and turning them into final touches. We aimed to keep the spirit of old Sofia. The space We have renovated this apartment with great passion and love. Everything we accomplished is done with special attention to details. The apartment consists of three rooms, two bathrooms, two terraces and a wide hallway. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. The Kitchen & Living room are one common space with a cute little terrace revealing a great view towards Lion's bridge, Vitosha mountain and Central railway and bus station. It is equipped with all you might need for a nice stay - a kitchen stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, laundry machine, combined with dryer, fast wi-fi, Smart TV with cable TV and movies on demand. If you are having breakfast, you will find everything on hand, from a toaster to coffee and tea and on the background you can enjoy music from an old gramophone or play You Tube on it. In each bedroom we have partially preserved the ancient brick walls, all decorated with class and great passion. In both of them you can enjoy Smart TVs, comfortable beds with nice linens and extra pillows for your comfort. In Bedroom 1 we have kept a unique old brick wall, which gives to the room a warm and homey look. In Bedroom 2 there is a private bathroom and a terrace with a view to the back of the building. You can enjoy small relaxing corner where you can sit and read a nice book, have a cup of tea and consult guides of Sofia. The apartment has a wide hallway with an easy access to all rooms. The high ceiling and the newly renovated wooden portmanteau gives a unique charm, scent, feeling of eternity. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal.
