Close to the main streets, museums, restaurants, and shops, and next to the central market. Tram stop and buses 50 meters away, 7 minutes' walk to the beach. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Air conditioning, filtered drinking water. I can even book a visit to a wine cellar or other activity for you. The apartment is located in the city center, in a lively neighborhood, 50 meters from the main streets, so you can walk anywhere, such as the central market, restaurants, leisure, shopping, and entertainment venues. Modern, charming, and with all the amenities you need. The rooms are located inside the apartment, so it is very quiet and you can't hear anything through the high-quality windows. Guest access The apartment is located in the second floor, with elevator. Fully equipped kitchen, including small appliances (also dishwasher). No need to carry bottles of water, there is a purified water tap. New mattresses with the latest technology: you will sleep and rest like never before! Of course, towels, bed linen, hair dryers, and irons are included. Possibility of a parking space in a private car park next door with a discount for our guests. Other things to note It takes about half an hour to get to the apartment from the airport by taxi or city bus C-6. The blue 6C bus stop is located on the 2nd floor of the airport outside the building, and the fare is €4. Get off at the stop on Calle Alfonso X, number 12, and walk 100 meters to the apartment. I will be waiting for you at the apartment, and if possible, at the bus stop. We will leave a rechargeable card in the apartment for you to use on the TRAM and bus. If you decide to take a taxi from the airport, it will cost around €30 for 4 people. If you are coming by car, there is a private car park near the apartment that offers a discount to our guests.
