Kinsale Cottage is a large 3 bedroom country home set on 110 peaceful acres with magnificent views of the Brokenback ranges and right in the heart of Pokolbin. Complete with all the modern luxuries including complimentary Wi-Fi, it is the perfect place to get away from it all or take in some of the many activities that the area has to offer. Kinsale Cottage has everything. The space There is a grand 10-seat dining table and a kitchen full of Smeg appliances for your holiday master chef creations and a Vittoria Espressotoria coffee machine. Kinsale has two large living areas, both equipped with flat-screen TVs and DVDs so the kids can have their own retreat while the grown-ups converse over local wine and cheese before the gas-log fire. Although in federation style, the living area of the cottage is open and flows from the dining room to the sitting room. These areas have also been designed so that they can be closed off to provide privacy. The cottage has one King bedroom with ensuite and two Queen bedrooms with a spacious main bathroom. There is also a double fold out sofa bed in the private sitting room allowing very comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests. The living areas provide DVD/Foxtel app/Netflix/Flat screen TVs and surround sound for your enjoyment. There is also two large verandahs to take in the magnificent views. For those staying for an extended period there is a fully equipped laundry. Please note that this property is NOT pet friendly. Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
