Cozy 65m2 apartment with 3 rooms, a bathroom, own small balcony, WiFi, TV, AC and a kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, dining area). Located two floors above the ground floor, 26 stairs total to the street level. A lovely, spacious common area, including main patio and a garden, is shared with other guests; request information to rent entire property just to your group. Free 40Mbps WiFi available. Free PARKING available only if requested prior to booking. Room service not included. The space A lovely, comfortable accommodation set in a pleasant, family friendly environment. Aside from the close proximity to the beach (a little over 300m), supermarkets (100m) and Igalo center, our location still offers the benefits of a calm city zone, tucked away from busy streets and open air music. Our property features two houses attached by beautiful and cozy common space areas, such as our main patio and garden. These areas are shared with guests staying at the second house; to rent the entire property to your group please request information on availability and additional pricing. The listing includes one apartment occupying the entire second house floor, with the total private indoor area of 65 square-meters. It features three rooms: room 1 features a double bed, an air-conditioning unit, and a closet; room 2 features two convertible couches (two double beds), TV, air-conditioning unit, and a closet; room 3 features one single bed and one sofa bed (serving as a double bed), a cooling fan and a closet (this room does not feature an air-conditioning unit). Rooms 1 and 2 feature street view, room 3 features garden view. The separate kitchen features an oven, stove, a fridge, a kettle, and dining/meal preparation kitchenware, a cooling fan and a large table for 8 persons. The bathroom features a washing machine, a shower cabin, a small AC unit and a hairdryer. The small private balcony at the apartment entrance features the view at our main garden area. The number of stairs from second floor to first floor is 13 (garden level); the number of stairs from first floor to the ground floor is 13 (street level). Each room has its own access lock key. Outdoor common spaces also feature a fair number of dining tables, shared with other guests and subject to our quiet-hours rule past 22h. As the apartment features an indoor dining area with a large table for 8 persons, please give the priority access to outdoor dining areas to remaining guests. Thank you! Please note that not every room features an AC unit - some rooms feature a cooling fan instead. Guest access Large terrace and garden area is a common space shared with other guests. If you wish to have the common spaces exclusively to your group, you may rent the entire property and accommodate up to 25 persons total. Contact us for availability and additional pricing information. We reserve the right to access the house corridors on both floors. ON ARRIVAL The following amenities are available upon your check in: • Free WiFi Access, up to 40Mbps (data rate variations possible depending on the internet provider and number of devices connected). • Bed linens and one bath towel per person, replaced on a weekly basis. • A supply of toiletries sufficient for two days: liquid hand soap and a toilette paper roll per person; guests are in charge of additional supplies. The nearest supermarket is 100 meters away. FREE EXTRA AMENITIES If requested and available prior to booking, we will provide the following additional free amenities: • Highchair and/or baby cot. • Free Parking: we can offer 1 regular-sized car slot on our property parking. Pre-booking is required. We can not accommodate vans or bigger cars. The parking lot photos are available in the listing gallery. Please note: our parking is mostly suitable for experienced drivers and guests that do not intend to use their car during their stay. Other guests’ vehicles might be present on the lot, and we might ask you to re-park if needed. For the guests that require frequent use of their car, or find re-parking inconvenient, we recommend a paid parking alternative only 100 meters away from our location. Details available upon request. PAID EXTRA AMENITIES If requested and available prior to booking, we will provide help scheduling the following paid amenities: • Extra cleaning service. Professional service hired at the extra cost of 65 Euros for one-time cleaning of the entire apartment. • Airport transfer service. Group transfers available to schedule for TIV Airport; individual transfers available for TIV, DBV and TGD Airports. • Car and boat rental service. • Massage and/or electro-therapy treatments. • The listing price does not include the city tourist tax, paid by guests. To help with the process we would need your physical passports and the amount to be paid. According to the law, registration must be arranged within 24 hours of arrival. Extra costs may be covered in cash upon arrival. Airport transfer or rental costs are covered directly to the provider company staff. Other things to note USEFUL INSTRUCTIONS Hot water is provided by the electric water boiler that are switched on/off via panel at the bathroom entrance. To assure the constant availability of hot water, please make sure to not turn off the boiler switch unintentionally. In case of unavailability of hot water for any other reason, please inform us immediately. If necessary, please feel free to request new batteries for any of the remote controllers. Please note that supermarkets in Montenegro are closed on Sundays. MAINTANENCE Guests are expected to fully maintain the space during their stay. However, professional cleaning service may be provided during your stay if scheduled prior to booking, for an additional fee specified above in the ‘Paid Extra Amenities’ section. Linens and towels are changed on a weekly basis. Each unit features a small garbage can, please empty those regularly into the green garbage containers that are located at our parking lot. Please make sure to regularly open the windows and vent the space during high air humidity days or when cooking, both for your own comfort and the space maintenance. NOISE MITIGATION All our guests are instructed to respect our quiet hours (22:00-09:00) and the communal law that forbids noise past 23h. If you experience some outdoor noisy behavior, please inform us and we will make sure to issue a kind reminder to those involved. This also applies if the noise is coming from neighboring houses – we have good communication with hosts and will inform them of such instances. To further minimize the chance of unexpected noise, we recommend sleeping with sound proof windows closed while keeping the AC on for fresh air circulation. In case of high sensitivity, please let us know and we will provide you with standard foam earplugs. PERSONAL BELONGINGS Out of respect for your privacy, we will not enter the rented space without your knowledge or supervision, outside of emergency events and with the exception of service corridors. Please note that we do not provide security staff and do not assume any legal responsibility for the safety of your belongings, including a car or a vehicle. All accommodations come with private keys but do not feature a safe. Thus, safekeeping of valuables (especially jewelry, cash, credit cards), as well as any loss or misplacement thereof, is exclusively the liability of guests. HOUSE RULES • Please indicate the correct number of persons in your inquiry or reservation request. • Please provide us with photographs of your passports either prior to or right upon your arrival. • Please plan the city tax registration during the check-in, as the law requires the registration of all guests within 24h after the arrival. For this purpose, please prepare physical passports and the registration amount. • Please report any damage/objection to service right after your check-in. Any damage occurring thereafter is regarded as the guest responsibility. • When using washing machine please make sure it is fully loaded with clothes, and that you removed all objects from pockets. • Please do not make re-arrangements of the furniture or appliances. • Please do not climb the toilette; do not throw in anything other than toilette paper. • Please keep your rental and its surroundings clean and free of discarded items, particularly food and drinks. Please do not leave food unattended outside of refrigerators. • Please preserve the environment via rational use of electricity and water: close water taps and switch off air conditioning (AC) devices prior to leaving your apartment. Please do not use the AC with windows/doors open. • Please make sure to cover your temporary tattoos and wash hair or skin tanning products off prior to using bed linens or towels. • Please avoid noisy behavior. The quiet hours in our guest house are from 22:00h until 09:00h. The communal law forbids noise after 23:00h. • We do not allow pets in our accommodation. • We do not allow smoking, nor open fire or candles in any of our interiors. • Please be ready to check out by 10:00h as our cleaning service operates on a scheduled basis. If you need more time due to you travel arrangements, please consider extending your reservation. Alternatively, you may relax at our terrace after 10:00h. • Any visitation by guests not booked at our guest house must be communicated prior and limited to 22h.
