Completely refurbished accommodation, upstairs, in the heart of the resort, close to the market. Family beach, nightlife are at a perfect distance to have only the advantages. Independent external access Ground floor: enclosed space, small terrace Floor: 2 large terraces (enclosed) surround the accommodation You will appreciate it for its brightness, quality amenities and outdoor spaces that will allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation Perfect accommodation for couples and families. The space The accommodation, which includes 3 bedrooms in total and 2 bathrooms, is in fact modular according to the configuration of your family: you have the possibility to choose the room(s) that suits you from all those offered. (NOTE: unused rooms are locked during your stay) We provide you with 2 washing machines in the accommodation: - laundry (7kgs) - dishes (12 place settings) - hair dryer - a toaster - 2 coffee makers (American/Nespresso) - a foldable clothes dryer (tancarville type) and its clothespins On the ground floor: - an outdoor and sheltered clothesline (to hang large items) - a storage rail, partly sheltered, accommodating up to 5 bikes - garbage containers - a small, very colorful garden furniture, on the grating terrace which is to the left of the staircase We provide: - Linens: - tablecloth/plastic placemats/dish towel/hand towel/microfiber cloth/mop - Towels: - towels (large for adult/medium for child/cape for baby) (1/pers) - gloves (1/pers) - bath mat (1/bathroom) - Bed linens (beds are made upon arrival) Upstairs: - on the entrance terrace, garden furniture that can accommodate up to 6 people for meals - an umbrella - 2 deckchairs for rest and sunbathing - a small mobile charcoal barbecue and its utensils - on the second terrace, garden furniture consisting of 8 low armchairs and 2 for children, for relaxation Guest access External access is via a gate, which opens onto a small courtyard on one side and a small relaxation terrace on the other, (these 2 spaces are available to tenants), then onto the staircase that leads to the entrance of the accommodation. Access to the accommodation is therefore perfectly independent and accessible 24 hours a day. The ground floor of the house, overlooking the back, is reserved exclusively for the use of the owners.
