Any violation will result in the imposition of a minimum penalty of PHP 4,500, which will be deducted from the security deposit. In cases of non-responsiveness to penalty collection, further action may be taken. 1. Turn Off All Switches - Guests are required to turn off all switches upon leaving the unit and especially upon checkout. Failure to comply will result in a minimum penalty. 2. No Vandalism or Damage - Any vandalism, scratches, drawings, stains, or damage caused to walls, furniture, or other items will result in a penalty. The amount may increase depending on the severity of the damage. 3. Strictly No Smoking - Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
