In a contemporary house, close to the Grand Stade Pierre Mauroy (15 min walk) and a metro station (5 min walk), we offer a private room with shower area, and direct access to a flower garden. You can freely access the very bright living room and prepare coffee or tea in the kitchen area. We will be happy to serve you a (French) breakfast to start the day and we will provide you with all the information about the sites to visit. The space Contemporary single-story house, very bright. All rooms overlook the garden area and are bathed in light. The 14 m2, parqueted room faces south east. Room amenities: - 140 x 190 bed with memory foam mattress - Closet - Private shower, toilet and sink - Hypoallergenic shower gel, organic shampoo, bed and bath linens... Also at your disposal: - Wi-Fi - Kitchen access (Nespresso coffee machine, teas, herbal teas, cold drinks) Of course, you have access to the garden and lounge, where you can read, rest, chat... A parking space is reserved for you. Guest access You will have access to the main room which includes the living room and shared bathroom. During your stay We are very often present and we ensure the comfort of our guests. We'll show you the best places to visit, as well as the routes to follow to get there. We provide you with public transport maps and other useful documents for your stay. Other things to note Breakfast includes coffee, tea or hot chocolate, fruit juice, croissant, bread, butter and jam. It is taken in the living room. A microwave and mini-fridge are available in your space to warm up dishes, if needed. Bikes can be borrowed from us. We have two very nice cats. If you are a smoker, we kindly ask you, out of respect for everyone, to smoke outside (garden or covered entrance).
