Double bedroom with bathroom and living room with small kitchen area made of a sink, an indiction cooking plate, dining table and a sofa bed. Is indipendent and superbly positioned with it's glass doors looking the olive trees with a veranda terrace exclusive for you. On the opposite side of the house there is a yard equipped with tables and chairs where our guests can use Wi-Fi. It's very near (1 km) to The Mall luxury outlet (Gucci, Armani, Tods ecc), locality Leccio (Firenze). The space It's surrounded by the most enchanting scenery of the Tuscan Chianti countryside. Notice: the kitchen area is fine for breakfast, if you want to use it also for lunch or dinner it's equipped but remeber that for cooking there is just an induction cooking plate. I suggest to look at the photos you will find a picture of each room (bedroom, bathroom and living room with small kitchen). Other things to note The best restaurant of the area is "Canniccio" and is a two minute drive from here (on the highway 69 a few meters before our private road coming from the highway). From 2012 the Muncipality levies an accomodation tax by order of Council n. 41 dated 30.6.2011. The tax has to be payed at arrival and applies to overnight stays by non residents for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. The value of the tax is € 1,00 per person per night.
