Ideally located in a small Italian village, with good connection from the highway and 15 minutes driving distance to the beach in Lignano Sabbiadoro. The small village has it’s own typical slow Italian flair with a picturesque „piazza“ near the river and several welcoming bars and restaurants within walking distance from the house. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big living room with garden to relax. The interior of the house is combined to maximize your comfort while staying functional. The space The 130 m2 house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big living room with a new modern open kitchen and fresh garden to relax. Parking is located right in front of the house. On the ground floor you can find 2 bedrooms, one of them being the perfect family bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed above the double bed. The other bedroom is equipped with one double bed and a TV. On the first floor you can find a bedroom with a double bed along a in-suite bathroom, which will surely turn your stay into a romantic experience. We have 3 rooms: The lovely double room n°1 ( Bathroom to share with the family room n° 2) The family room n°2 (Bathroom to share with the family room n° 1) Suitable for a 2 adults and 2 children.( Bathroom with shower to share with the single room n° 1) The large double room n° 3 has a double bed and an extra cot. Guest access The open kitchen is fully equipped and leads, through the living room with big dining table, to a nice sunny terrace - the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or “wine and dine” later during the day.
