Enjoy the entire house with private hot tub, pool, BBQ (available for rent), also gain club house amenities access. 15 min to Disney World, minutes from attractions, golf courses, shops. 8 min to ChampionsGate. -Heated Pool and Jacuzzi ($25/day plus tax for the whole duration of the stay) The space This home has a large master bedroom that overlooks the pool and has a large master bath with separate shower, tub, double vanities and walk in closet. There are 3 further bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a pool bath which can also be accessed from the lanai, making this perfect for vacation rentals and long days by the pool. The house embraces a reservation view without back house. This will give you and your family privacy when enjoy our spacious South-facing pool. The pool and spa can be heated upon request. Guest access Guests will not only get full access to the entire house, but also get access to the community club house facilities for free, including a large pool, tennis court, and gym etc. Other things to note -Heated Pool and Spa (Heating surcharge apply, minimum stay of 5 days, request 24 hours prior to check in) - We always check the access card and key are in the villa after each guests departs.
