Located @ Avida Towers Riala in Cebu IT Park - a prime business & office district. This 6th floor studio is home to me & my family whenever we are in Cebu for leisure or business; caters to both short or long stay. It's modest & simple but safe, secure & comfortable. We love that it’s in a secluded part for privacy, peace & quiet; yet within walking distance to everything (restaurants, entertainment, shopping mall, etc) when you feel like experiencing the excitement of the city. The space The ~23sqm studio is fitted with modern, good quality furniture & appliances, having your comfort and security in mind. Having travelled around myself, there's nothing like coming 'home' to a safe, clean & inviting accommodation, especially when all I could think of is a comfortable bed after a long day. This condominium comfortably sleeps 2 people but could squeeze in 1 child under 2 years old. If you are on a business trip, you'll appreciate the breakfast bar/table that can function as a workstation too. It is equipped with 60mbps, unlimited VDSL (said to be faster connection than ADSL) broadband. Guest access The studio is in one of the buildings in a planned complex of 5 towers. The building's main lobby is manned by security personnel 24 (hours) X 7 (days); and, concierge (Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm and Saturday, 8am to 12noon) You have full access of the studio (with it's own private bathroom) and the communal amenities. Please pre-organize use of any of the swimming pools with host as building management requires reservation 2 days prior. Other things to note On-going construction nearby; potential noise during the day is highly likely. If you are one of those who sleep during the day, please message me as I might be able to offer you other units within the same complex but further away from that construction. Strictly for a maximum of 3 guests. Additional charges apply to 3rd ADULT guest. Children (as 3rd guest) are free of charge but please let us know if you are bringing any children (under 2 years old) to help us prepare for your stay. I have a 'NO SMOKING' & 'NO PARTIES' policy anywhere in the unit including bathroom. Starter pack (essentials - water, instant coffee, soap & toothbrush) will be provided. Extra pillow, linens & towels in the closet (if needed). Cleaning materials & supplies in the kitchen cupboard. Rubbish must be disposed of regularly in a garbage chute located at the opposite corridor.
