Merlot, Calmnes, space and a fantastic view

Domaine Leyvinie is located on a hill, surrounded by nature so that you have a fantastic view on all sides. You can relax at the swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters, or on your private terrace. In summerseason we can organise a table d'hôtes, daily (except Thursday) you can order freshly made takeaway meals and in the morning we deliver freshly baked bread. For 9.50 pp you can use the breakfast buffet. The space There is a house and 2 buildings with 3 gites each. The maximum number of guests is 31. Gite Merlot is the former restaurant of the Domaine. This makes the living room, the terrace and the kitchen very spacious. Entrance, 2 toilets, spacious living room with 3 couches, bar and large sliding doors to the terrace with stunning views. Large kitchen (equipped with 5 burner hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, waterboiler, coffee maker and 2 fridges with separate freezer). Bedroom with bunk beds, 1st floor: Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, master bedroom with 3 box-spring beds. Via a seperate entrance; bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, 1st floor; bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and balcony. Guest access The guests have their own home. The pool, the garden and laundry room is shared with other guests. Breakfast and dinner is served on our private terrace with a magnificent view. In the garden is a ping-pong table and a dartboard. You can also borrow rackets, jeux de boules and board games from us. You can rent bicycles from our partner. Other things to note There is wifi available, it works best in our reading/internet room where you are welcome every day from 08.00 - 20.00. Here you can also work quietly, watch a film on your laptop and view folders of the area. We live on site and are available daily.
