The "Sands" condo is located in Pratamnak, a quiet residential area of Pattaya, south of the city centre. Being only 80m from the beach, with a pool on the 14th floor you have fantastic views of the long beach towards Jomtien and the offshore islands. The beach is one of the best beaches along the east coast, far larger than Pattaya beach and also much cleaner. The condo’s modern design focuses on quality and style, combined with a fantastic location. The space The studio condo (34sqm) is furnished with cosy, modern white designer furniture. The king-size bed offers plenty of space for 2 people. The sofa invites you to relax. Two faux leather chairs, free high-speed internet with its own Wi-Fi router and a combined dining and desk complete the decor. The TV has digital cable TV, a large safe for your valuables ensures safety. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors to the balcony give a lot of light. The glass is coated with a sun and opaque film. With roller blinds, the apartment can be completely darkened. From the balcony you have a side, small view of the sea. The balcony is equipped with two chairs and a table. There is also a rack for drying your towels, utensils for cleaning the apartment. A small cooking area is equipped with everything you need (dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.). Cooking equipment : 2 hobs, microwave, fridge and separate freezer. The practical bathroom (sliding door to shower and toilet) is separated from the living room by a glass wall, so that daylight filters into it. The compressors for the air conditioners in the Condo are located on the back of the building, so that there is no disturbing noise from the compressor in the apartment or on the balcony. Guest access The "Sands" is only 80m from the sea. If you do not want to swim in the sea, you will find a swimming pool (20m*6m) with Jacuzzi on the 14th floor. The view to the island of Kho Larn is fantastic. A modern gym invites you to a body workout. Other things to note Free parking is available on site. Through the spectacular entrance hall (40m high) you get to the 4 elevators that lead to the individual floors. 24 hour security and special keys with access codes for the floors and apartments give security.
