Via a staircase you can reach the mezzanine where there is a double bed, a sink, shower and a bath. 2 people can sleep here. The mezzanine is like a cozy boat. The furniture is arranged compactly. See photo. The height of the mezzanine is limited. - In the basement below the apartment there is a large parking space for a car, bicycles and scooters. Outside there is a closed large parking lot. It is possible to rent the floor below the apartment, a studio and an extra bedroom. So possibility to rent 2 extra bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Technological equipment: - Each room and space has its own air conditioning unit. - Bathroom mezzanine and bathrooms on the ground floor have their own hot water boiler. - Equipped kitchen. - Washing machine drying cabinet. They all start with TP-Link_65CD and all have the same password (See WIFI data) HOT WATER There is an individual hot water boiler in the cabinet on the Mezzanine. Check upon arrival whether it is on. Press the "HAND" symbol and press the "+" symbol so that 4 "SHOWER" symbols light up. You can press "BOOST" to heat up the boiler faster. The capacity of the boiler is sufficient to take 1 bath. Do not fill the tub more than 1/3. Press "BOOST" if you want to take a shower or a 2nd bath afterwards. SMART TV The SMART TV is connected to the internet with a UTP cable. You can watch YOUTUBE or use your NETFLIX subscription. You can also connect your computer via an HDMI cable if you want to watch ONLINE TV. Or you can connect wirelessly with your computer or mobile phone: To do this, press the upper right button on the remote control and select the SOURCE "7 Wireless display". WASHING MACHINE and DRYER These are on the ground floor in the hallway to the studio under the stairs. These are shared with the tenants of the studio and room. Please coordinate with them for their use. AIR CONDITIONING There is an air conditioner on the mezzanine and in the living room. Since warm air rises, it is best to use the appliance in the living room for heating, and for cooling in the summer, it is best to use the air conditioner on the mezzanine. You can also use them both at the same time. You must always aim the remote control properly at the air conditioner if you want to change the setting. Hold down the green button for On or OFF. With the mode button, you set "sun" to heat, "ice flake" to cool, "droplets" to dehumidify and "fan" to ventilate. With "Temp" you set the temperature. Do not set more or less than the desired temperature. The strength of the ventilation is set with the "ventilation" symbol and the "strong man" provides a 20 min BOOST. Also make sure that the symbol of the man with a round arrow around his head is also selected and therefore visible on the screen. This ensures a good airflow! You are renting the penthouse. The joint entrance between the front door of the building and the door to stairs leading to the penthouse is considered common and is therefore not a private space.
