The house was rebuilt in 2012 respecting the landscape canons of the place. It is located in a small and quiet inhabited hamlet of the Antigorio valley at 825 m above sea level. The house is directly accessible from the road. 20 meters from the house is also our home where we also offer accommodation in rooms with private bathroom and overnight stay with breakfast. You can also enjoy breakfast in the property for a fee. The space The accommodation is completely independent: it is accessed via a stone staircase. On the ground floor, there is a garage where sports equipment, bicycles or motorcycles can be stored upon request. On the first floor, the kitchen, the living room with two 2 armchairs and the extendable dining table, the balcony and the bathroom. The bathroom is complete with a floor-level shower with a glass closure, sink, bidet and toilet. There is a washer-dryer to wash your clothes. On the mezzanine floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a study table. Guest access Possibility of breakfast at the main house located a few meters away. Other things to note We don't have a TV. You can, upon request , enjoy the garden of the B&B with panoramic views and deck chairs for relaxing or sunbathing. Upon request, you may bring your dog with you, subject to strict compliance with the following rules. We do not allow more than 1 dog at a time on the property. The dog is allowed in the living room/kitchen on the second floor but may not go up the stairs to the loft level. This is because the larch wood floor is particularly delicate. The dog must have its own kennel to rest in and its own bowls. Dogs must not be allowed on beds or armchairs. Any dog cleaning must be done before entering the house. Under no circumstances, not even for a short time, may the dog be left alone in the house. In the village, it is mandatory to keep dogs on leashes. In the village and on the surrounding lawns and mule tracks, it is mandatory to pick up dog waste. Any damages will be charged through Airbnb.
