Livable location, probably unique in Vienna's 7th district! The space The bedroom with large solid wood double bed is located in the back of the loft and can be visually separated by a curtain. From there, a door opens to an adjoining room with a wardrobe and to the kitchen as well as to the bathroom behind it. Guest access Separate, ground-level entrance at the end of the courtyard, the loft with about 80 m² is at your disposal. There is a level in the apartment. Self check-in. Other things to note *Centrally controlled heating: The room temperature is preset with a achievable temperature of 22° C and can be adjusted to the thermostats on the radiator. The heating season depends on the established times and starts around the beginning of October and ends around the end of April. Depending on the weather, we adjust the season. *Air conditioning: Summer operation starts when the outdoor and indoor temperatures speak for a longer period of time for the operation of the air conditioning. Cool mode is only allowed. Please do not fall below the target temperature of 22° C. *Taxes and fees are not charged separately and are included in the host price and will be paid accordingly.
