Hall Manor is located in a tranquil farm on the border of Devon and Cornwall, just 2 miles from Lifton village with hotels, shop and award winning farm shop. It is 15 mins from the market towns of Tavistock and Launceston, 30 mins from wild Dartmoor and 40 mins from the rugged Cornish coast and beaches. Guests can wander freely in the farm, in woods and country lanes and enjoy the garden. "Double Room in Dreamy Devon Manor House" (sleeps 2) is also available but needs to be booked separately. The space Hall Manor is a listed 16th century manor house retaining many original features such as inglenook fireplaces and oak beamed ceilings but with modern facilities such as central heating and wifi. It is sympathetically furnished with traditional and antique furniture. Continental breakfast will be served on a long traditional farmhouse table. The family room is a spacious room with a triple sleeper, ie. double bed with single bunk above, and futon. smart TV, kettle for tea and coffee. There is one bathroom for guests. Guest access Guests are free to sit in the sitting room. Ample free parking. During your stay I am a qualified, experienced English teacher and can offer guests tuition in English at extra cost. Other things to note The fourth bed, a futon, is really only suitable for a child.
