The property is situated in a very convenient location in about less than a 1Km away from the High Level Road where you can catch a bus either to Colombo or Kandy. Also its just 2 Km away from the Colombo Galle expressway exit. A national hospital and a main train station are in a close proximity. The house is well maintained and kept clean with a swimming pool. 2 Bedrooms are air-conditioned and the other rooms have fans. The space The house is designed to an American architecture design so its very spacious. The living area, dinning area and the kitchen have pool view and there is out door sitting area by the pool. Guest access The entire property is accessible including the loft. We also have a caretaker who will visit the property every morning to clean the kitchen, pool and the other common areas. Other things to note The shops, taxis, and other basic needs can be arranged upon request.
