Full Day Rental (22 hours) Option A: 7am to 5am Option B: 7pm to 5pm Option C: 2pm to 12nn * Flexible check in/check out can be accommodated depending on the availability. Basic House Rules: 1. Clean as you go (CLAYGO). There are designated garbage cans in the common areas and in the bedrooms. 2. Take care of our resort’s property. Any damage or loss has an equivalent fee. 3. Avoid running and diving to avoid accidents. The resort is not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during your stay on the said premises. Kids should ALWAYS be accompanied by an adult when swimming. 4. Take a shower first before entering into the swimming pool. 5. STRICTLY NO food and drinks allowed in the pool area. 6. STRICTLY NO smoking in the property. There are designated smoking areas. 7. Please do not leave your things unattended. The resort will not be held liable for any damage or loss of your personal items. 8. Pets are allowed in common areas ONLY and NOT in bedrooms. 9. NO CORKAGE fee for food and alcoholic drinks but please drink moderately and responsibly. 10. Please practice minimum health standards like social distancing and wearing of face masks. Guest access Our place is roughly an hour away from Metro Manila. It's in the heart of General Trias City but located in a quaint place where you and your family and friends can enjoy the quiet, summery breeze. We are just off-road from Lan Gas Station and beside the newly established Sta. Rita de Casia Quasi-Parish. The owners are staying in the property to manage and oversee the operations. Though they are mostly in the resort office or at their designated room, feel free to approach them if you need any assistance during your stay.
