It is set on acreage with frontage to the Kangaroo River and is a short 10 minute stroll to the quaint heritage listed village of Kangaroo Valley. The main house has 4 bedrooms featuring many of the property’s original furnishings. The kitchen and separate living room offer stunning views of the property surrounds and feature the original chimneys, echoing the sandstone of the renowned Hampden Bridge. Hampden House is the perfect stay for guests wanting privacy close to town with a variety of activities to choose from. The house features its own solar heated pool, mountain bikes, idyllic picnic spots, and space to enjoy a fresh coffee or a glass of champagne in front of the fire or lay under a tree with a good book down beside the river. Guest access Hampden House caters for all year-round visits. Boasting private river access and swimming pool, bbq and shaded picnic areas under the maple and mulberry trees.
