A stay where charm and refinement are combined. The space Visitors are greeted by a huge, spectacular staircase opening onto the street side of the adjoining parade halls. While on the garden side, the living room with Piano G. HAMM (tjrs accordé), dining room and library, all retaining their period fireplace, decorated with period furniture, paintings and sculptures made by the owner, invite you to rest and contemplate. A double bedroom on the ground floor, accessible from the living room, with private bathroom and toilet, has its own entrance to the meticulously maintained garden adorned with stone sculptures. The rest of the 5 bedrooms can be seen through the vast first floor of this 600m2 building. The swimming pool of 4 m by 9 m with a flat bottom (depth 1.50 m) protected by an alarm is at the center of this garden. The more athletic of our travelers will appreciate ACCESS TO THE TENNIS CLUB DE CONDOM all year round (4 minutes away). 8 traditional or soft clay tennis courts, 4 of which are covered, and brand new PADEL COURTS with privileged access are available there (information on request). A second garden (the orchard) at the bottom of the ramparts was recently created and thought of as a haven of rest in the making, resembling a monastery garden. A closed garage, on the street side, on the ground floor of the house, allows you to shelter a vintage car and private outdoor parking is available for 2 cars near the orchard. A much appreciated privilege in the historic center so that you never have to look for a parking place during your stay. The heart of the mansion remains: the kitchen. A spacious, cool and friendly room, directly open onto the patio, equipped with a traditional cooking piano with double ovens, two separate sinks for greater convenience of preparation. A refuge where wine lovers can taste the selection of wines specially designed and assembled to measure by the owners for the hotel (On sale on site, prices displayed). We also have a garage for one car on the ground floor of the house, on the street side, which also allows the safe reception of people with reduced mobility, or the sheltered and secure parking of a vintage car. As the mansion is located in the heart of the historic center of Condom, it is also possible to get there by bus (via Agen or Auch stations for example). The house is not very far from the bus station. All essential and non-essential shops are then ccessible by walking or cycling ! Other things to note Sheets and towels are included. Beds are made on arrival 1 change of sheets included / week from 2 rental weeks Final cleaning is included on a normal basis but the house must be left in good order, the kitchen tidy and the trash cans taken out.
