Villa Shangrilá - Lakefront Chalet

A cozy and charming space in the midst of nature, immersed in an environmental preservation area on the shores of Lake Corumbá IV, where your arms are under the hills and the sunset. Enjoy moments of relaxation and contemplation of nature, next to Bali Park, the largest leisure enterprise in the Midwest and artificial beach in Latin America, with a wide view of the lake, farm climate, modern facilities and cozy decoration, to make your experience unforgettable. The space The chalet has a barbecue area, infinity pool, gourmet space, TV room, open kitchen, dining room, balconies with hammocks, deck, pergola, table with umbrella in the pool area and 3 en-suites with full private bathrooms, one of which is a master with a conjugated room, to accommodate families or larger groups of friends. 1. Bedrooms The three suites in the chalet can accommodate as specified below: 1) Family Suite - accommodates 6 people: with a combined bedroom consisting of 1 queen-size bed, 1 double bed and 1 twin bed, with bed linen, as follows: a) 1 queen bed set with 6 pieces (2 pillowcases, fitted sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcase and bedspread), + 2 pillows and decorative cushion b) 1 full bedding set with 6 pieces (2 pillowcases, fitted sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcase and bedspread) + 2 pillows and decorative cushion; and c) 1 set of bed linen for single bed with 8 pieces (2 pillowcases, 2 single fitted sheets, 2 single flat sheets, 1 cushion cover and 1 quilt) + 2 pillows and decorative cushion. 2) Quadruple Suite - accommodates 4 people: with 1 queen-size bed and 1 double bed, with bed linen, as follows: a) 1 queen bed set with 6 pieces (2 pillowcases, fitted sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcase and bedspread), + 2 pillows and decorative pillow; b) 1 full bedding set with 6 pieces (2 pillowcases, fitted sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcase and bedspread) + 2 pillows and decorative cushion; and 3) Double Suite - 1 double bed with 6 pieces (2 pillowcases, fitted sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcase and bedspread) + 2 pillows and decorative cushion 2. Kitchen, Utensils and Table Setting The Chalet has a fully equipped kitchen, with a stove, refrigerator, cabinets, microwave, electric oven, airfryer, sandwich maker/toaster, blender, filter with gallon of mineral water and 1 set of knives, grills and skewers for barbecue. The Chalet also features a gourmet island and dining table for 12 people, 2 tablecloths, dinner and tea sets, as well as American games, cutlery and glasses for 12 people. Wine and sparkling wine glasses can be provided upon request by guests under conditions to be agreed upon after booking. 3. Towels, laundry services, tidying up, cleaning and provision of meals You can also request these additional services, for R$ 150 per day and R$ 6 for each towel provided. This amount includes the daily cleaning and tidying service for the rooms and the meal preparation service with food provided by the guest. We can also provide some options for meals prepared with our food, upon prior consultation and values to be agreed upon after the reservation is closed. Guest access A 5-minute drive from Bali Park, or a 40-minute walk along the ecological trail, our chalet is located on the edge of Lake Corumbá IV, at the meeting point of its three branches, and is therefore surrounded by beach areas and lake access. The area also has other neighboring developments, such as the floating restaurant and Kanto do Lago beach and the Porto do Vale condominium, which you can visit by walking along the trail or by car along the road that connects the entire property and goes to Bali Park.
