IUN06020 The space Inside Portofaro Residence, on two levels, the apartment has an independent entrance and occupies the entire first and second floor. Living room with kitchen (5-ring hob, ventilated oven, dishwasher), dining area, living area, on the same floor a double bedroom (180x200cm king bed), a second bedroom with double sofa bed (140x185 cm), a bathroom. From the living room a staircase leads to the second floor, an open space with a third double bed (160x190 cm ) and a second bathroom. Possibility of a cot. Bed linen, bath mats and towels, as well as final cleaning, are not included in the rental price. Guests can bring their own linen, but if they wish to hire it, they are kindly requested to notify us before arrival. The price is £18 per person per week, or £35 per double bed. Guests may choose to do the final cleaning themselves (in which case the flat must be left in a perfectly tidy, clean and disinfected condition in all its parts at check-out, otherwise the cleaning fee will nevertheless be charged to guests after check-out via Airbnb) or pay £120 for final cleaning. The tourist tax, as well as any extra service requested, can only be paid in cash when the keys are handed over at check in. The property has wifi. The proximity to the beach and the sea will allow you to take a look at your children directly from home. The pretty town of Palau, with all its shops and services, can be reached by foot in 5 minutes through a shady pine forest and a pedestrian path, but if you want a coffee, ice cream, lunch or dinner, you don't have to walk: in Portofaro you will find a bar (open from May to September) and a restaurant. For those who love to bring their own boat, there are a few private moorings in the surroundings. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. In Residence Portofaro, in addition to the beaches, you will find many pleasant common areas, gardens, bars and restaurants. You can use the outdoor showers in front of the beaches, reserved for guests, with tokens for sale (just ask the guardian). Other things to note FINAL CLEANING: guests can pay for the property to perform the final cleaning. In this case, the €120 fee will be collected upon arrival. Alternatively, Guests must leave the apartment in the same condition in all its parts as at check-in. If they fail to do so, guests will be charged a final cleaning fee of €120, which will be taken from the damage deposit. BED AND BATH LINEN: Please note that bed linen and towels are not included: Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen and towels: 18 euro per person, 35 euro per double bed. Please contact the property before arrival for the rental. TOURIST TAX: the municipality ask us to collect and transfer 3 euro per person per night for all guests over 12 years of age. please note, we cannot accept cards, guests are kindly requested to bring sufficient cash on arrival to pay for the extra fees. Under the house a few metres away there is a paid mooring for boats of all sizes. It is a paid service, if you would like more information we will put you in direct contact with the manager.
