This gorgeous apartment is recently converted with views over the estuary, situated right in the heart of Hayle. It spans the whole top floor of the tower in the old brewery & is exclusively yours. The open-plan/split-level living room & kitchen offers high ceilings and exposed original beams. It has a cozy private bedroom with a SuperKing-sized bed, separate shower/washroom, fully equipped kitchen & a contemporary living space, full of inspiration! You will also have your own parking space. The space This old brewery conversion is a gem! It has a real sense of place with its light and contemporary feel and is full of character. It is very well equipped as I live here most of the year around, so I’d hope there is everything you need to enjoy a relaxing trip to West Cornwall. I like to feel inspired and get creative so I have thoughtfully designed the living area with this in mind. The coffee table is on wheels so it is easy to turn the space into a yoga studio or an arena for twister!!! It also has under-floor heating throughout the apartment. The bedroom is minimalistic and simple to allow you to switch off and enjoy some tranquillity. The spacious kitchen has everything you’d need if you like to cook. There is a 4 burner electric hob, an oven, grill, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery / utensils / pots and pans you’d need. There is also tea, coffee and cereal provided for breakfast. The shower / washroom has towels and soap provided. There is Wifi. It's location is one of the best in West Cornwall when it comes to good access to all the beaches. You can get to Hayle beach in 5 minutes, Gwithian in 10 minutes, St ives in 15 mins, Porthleven in 25 mins and Lands End in 35 minutes (to name just a few). There is also a very good pub (The Cornish Arms) 1 minute walk away. Guest access The apartment is all yours for the duration of your stay. More often than not I will be nearby so if you need anything feel free to drop me a line! Please note there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment and no lift! Other things to note I can provide a spare mattress to make up a bed in the living room if there are 3 to 4 people staying!
