Peaceful village house

Subdivision house, 10 min from Saintes and 20 min from Royan. 300 m2 wooded garden with 3.5 x 7 m 1.40 deep swimming pool, heated to 26° in summer from June 15 to September 15. Close to playground and convenience nearby (Vival). Bicycle enthusiasts, there are trails in the forest (garage available). We rent out our house during our vacation, our personal belongings will be there, and our cat. For your information, there is a cat flap in the garage and it is independent, but it may come to see you.
