The space Great House This great funky house in Spring Hill is just 10 minutes walk from the heart of the thriving Brisbane Central Business District. It is one of the closest houses to the centre of Queensland's lively capital. There's no better base to see the best of Brisbane, and have a comfortable space to come home to! Because this house is so close to the City, Southbank, Fortitude Valley and all the attractions, you'll save money as you can walk everywhere. If you do need to go further afield, public transport is close by with Central Station just an easy 8 minute walk. We do have 2 separate rooms available and therefore have 2 separate listings. If this room is not available check our other listing. The Room The fully furnished double bedroom.has a double bed, a chest of drawers and a built in mirrored wardrobe. Your own private toilet is across the hall, next to the bath/shower room. NOTE: The rate quoted for 2 guests is for both people sharing the room and bed. In a pinch, a fold up bed is available which can be set up either in the room or in a nook in the lounge room with a privacy screen. If this doesn't suit, then both rooms need to be booked. TV & WiFi We have cable TV, if you want to relax in front of the TV, and also wireless internet for you to stay connected! Laundry There is a laundry for you to use. Outdoor Space There is plenty of outdoor and green leafy space for relaxing. It really is an inner city oasis with plenty of tropical plants and outdoor space to make the best of the wonderful Queensland weather.
