The Barn also features a stand alone True HEPA and odor reducing air purifier to reduce allergens and airborne viruses.. Free high speed Wi-Fi and a desk if you need to get work done. Brand new tennis and pickleball rackets for you to borrow while you enjoy the court. Sit outside and take in the view on our Adirondack chairs after your match. Throw a movie on in the evening and enjoy the excellent sound quality from the knotty pine walls and hardwood floors on a big screen tv with a sound bar. Stream your favorites from our Roku or watch one of our DVDs. Getting away from screens? Grab a book from the library. Tour our wineries, breweries, distilleries, museums, or even catch a race in Watkins Glen. A five minute drive to Hammondsport (Coolest Small Town in America in 2012 by Budget Travel), 15 minutes to Penn Yan, and 25 minutes to Watkins Glen or the State Park in Branchport. Lakeside restaurants and bars, antiquing, hiking, fishing, boat rentals, and public beaches all easily accessible. In the winter, we are less than an hour from skiing at Bristol Mountain. Brand new linens, towels, plates, glasses, cutlery, and fresh paper towels and soaps. Private parking, exterior lighting, Wi-Fi enabled security lock, fire extinguisher, escape ladder (under bed), and outdoor cameras all for your security and safety. The apartment is located above a garage that will not be used during your stay, so enjoy a completely private experience. Guest access The Barn has a private driveway. Other things to note There is no lake access at this property, but there are two public beaches 7 minutes away in Hammondsport, one in Penn Yan 15 minutes away, and the State Park in Branchport. You can rent boats, Kayaks, Paddleboards, etc in Hammondsport or in Penn Yan. There is a boat launch about 5 minutes away near the Switzerland Inn.
