In the heart of Périgord, 30 minutes from Bergerac airport, 1 hour from Bordeaux, close to tourist sites, in an estate of 10 ha sit the Château de Monciaux (18th century) and its 4 cottages. On one level, our 70m² cottage offers the charm of a Perigord house with all the comforts needed for an ideal holiday (swimming pool, tennis, etc.) In a bucolic setting our cottage ideally accommodates 2 people but can accommodate a small family thanks to a sofa bed. The space The accessibility of this step-free cottage is a great asset, as it makes it easy and comfortable to move around the space. This makes the stay even more enjoyable and convenient, without stairs or obstacles. The Suite offers a stylish bedroom with a large double bed and direct access to the bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with a bathtub but also a shower, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing bath or an invigorating shower according to your desires. Upon entering you will discover a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing in front of the TV or with a good book. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including oven, fridge, hob, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals like at home. A washing machine also equips this cottage. Outside you will find a shaded private terrace equipped with furniture, ideal for enjoying alfresco meals or relaxing in the shade. A barbecue is also available, for grill lovers. Other things to note We are pleased to provide you with complimentary cribs as well as all the comforts, including refined sheets on request, so that your little ones can enjoy a stay with peace of mind. On request. A "heating fee" package is included in your rate to offer you an atmosphere of comfort and well-being throughout your stay (€15/day of heating is included in your rate). Bed and bath linen is optional (luxurious quality) and your beds are carefully prepared by our team: * Bed linen: €15 per single bed, €30 per double bed * Toilet sets: €10 per person Our cottages are decorated with shared and quality outdoor amenities, including a swimming pool, a tennis court with country charm, an extensive trampoline, a ping pong table, as well as a playground dedicated to children and equipped with a slide and swings, for relaxing and fun outdoors. All our cottages have private access, terraces, gardens and views to ensure tranquility and rest for all. Please be noticed that: The pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. Note that if weather conditions allow, we may have to open the pool before May 1 and we can close it after September 30. We do not provide pool towels. We do not provide tennis rackets.
